No, Futbika is not a FIFA-licensed agent. We are a football consulting and player development company. We work directly with clubs and academies to organize trials and real opportunities, but we do not legally represent footballers in contractual negotiations.
What makes Futbika different from other services?
Unlike traditional agents who charge commissions from contracts, Futbika offers full transparency with fixed fees. We don't promise impossible contracts or charge percentages of your salary. Our focus is on giving you real opportunities and protecting you from common industry scams.
Which clubs does Futbika work with?
We work with professional and semi-professional league clubs in Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, Spain, and other countries. We verify each club before sending players to ensure they are legitimate opportunities.

Trials & Opportunities

How does the process work?
1) You register and complete your profile (position, age, country, level). 2) Our team analyzes your profile and presents it to clubs looking for players with your characteristics. 3) When a club shows interest, we contact you with opportunity details. 4) If you accept, we organize the trial and support you throughout the process.
What does a trial include?
The trial includes the opportunity to train with the club for an agreed period (usually 1-2 weeks), participate in training sessions, and in some cases, play friendly or test matches. The club evaluates your performance to decide whether to offer you a contract. The fee covers trial management and club coordination; accommodation, transport, and meals are the player's responsibility.
How much does it cost to participate in a trial?
The standard fee is €350 per week, depending on the club, country, and duration. Each offer is confirmed with you in advance with all details before making any payment. There are no hidden costs.
Does Futbika guarantee a professional contract?
No, we don't guarantee a professional contract because that depends on your performance during the trial and the club's needs. What we do guarantee is that the opportunity is real, the club is legitimate, and you'll get a fair evaluation. Many players stay after a successful trial.
What happens if I'm not selected after the trial?
If the club doesn't sign you, your profile stays active on Futbika and we keep looking for new opportunities for you at no additional cost. We also provide feedback on your performance so you can improve for future trials.
How long does a typical trial last?
Most trials last between 1 and 2 weeks, although some clubs may request longer periods (up to 4 weeks) depending on the player's level and position.
Can I choose the club or country?
You can indicate your country, league, and club type preferences when completing your profile. We do our best to find opportunities that match your preferences, but availability depends on club needs at any given time.

Packages & Services

What packages does Futbika offer?
We offer 4 packages: FREE (basic free registration), STANDARD (from €100/year), PREMIUM (from €250/year), and ELITE (from €500/year). Currently only the FREE package is available; the others will launch soon.
What does the FREE package include?
The FREE package includes platform registration, basic profile visible to scouts, access to newsletter with opportunities, and educational content on football career development.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time when paid packages become available. The price difference will be prorated based on remaining time.
Do you offer extra visibility or promotion?
Yes, STANDARD, PREMIUM, and ELITE packages include promotion on our social media (Instagram, Facebook) and active sharing of your profile with partner clubs.

Registration & Profile

How do I register on Futbika?
Go to www.futbika.com/registro_v2.html, complete the form with your basic information (name, email, date of birth, position, level, country where you play) and accept the terms and conditions. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
Is my profile visible to all clubs?
Your profile is visible only to verified clubs and scouts working with Futbika. It's not public on the internet to protect your privacy.
Do I need to upload videos?
It's not mandatory for FREE registration, but highly recommended. Videos significantly increase your chances of being selected by a club. Ideally, upload full match videos or 3-5 minute highlights.

Player Requirements

What is the minimum age to participate?
The minimum age is 16. Players under 18 need authorization from their parents or legal guardians to participate in international trials.
What football level do I need?
We accept semi-professional and professional level players. If you've played in regional leagues, lower divisions of professional clubs, or have academy experience, you likely qualify. Our team will evaluate your profile individually.
Can I participate if I currently have a team?
Yes, as long as your current club authorizes you to attend an external trial. It's your responsibility to manage permissions with your current club. Many players participate in trials during break periods or preseason.
Do I need a visa or health insurance?
If the trial is in another country, you're responsible for obtaining the necessary visa and having valid health insurance. Futbika can guide you on specific country requirements, but we don't manage visas.

Payments & Cancellations

When should I make the payment?
Payment is made only after we confirm a specific club, exact dates, and all trial details with you. We never ask for advance payment without a confirmed opportunity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and credit/debit card payments. All payments are processed securely and you'll receive email confirmation with invoice.
Can I cancel or change my trial?
Yes, you can request changes or cancellations at least 10 days before the trial date. In that case, we offer full refund or date change. With less than 10 days, full refund is not guaranteed due to costs already incurred with the club.
What if the club cancels the trial?
If the club cancels for any reason, we immediately offer you a new date with the same club or an alternative club of similar level at no extra cost. If you don't accept any alternative, you receive a full refund.

Security & Protection

How does Futbika protect my personal data?

How do I know the clubs are legitimate?
We verify each club before working with them: we check their legal registration, history, facilities, and reputation. We only work with clubs that have professional structure and regularly pay salaries to their players.
What if I suspect a scam?
If someone contacts you claiming to be from Futbika and asks for money without a confirmed offer, or asks for sensitive banking information, report it immediately to contact@futbika.com. We NEVER ask for money without a specific confirmed opportunity.
